Return Policy
Due to the nature of our personal-care and lice-treatment products, all opened or used products are final sale and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Home Treatment Kits: Kits must be completely unopened and unused to qualify for a return. Individual components of a kit cannot be returned separately.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. 

Treatment results are not guaranteed against reinfestation or exposure to a new source of lice
